Linking Crelate account to Call Logic
Obtaining Crelate API Key:
1. To obtain the API key from Crelate, a user will log into their Crelate account.
2. In the top left corner, click the Menu Dashes and then Select “Manage Your Profile & Preferences”
3. Then select “API Access”
4. Change to “On” for Enable API Access
5. Once changed to On, the user's API will appear. Copy this Key and add it to Call Logic to connect the two accounts.
Linking Crelate account to Call Logic:
To turn on the Crelate integration:
1. Log into your Call Logic account, you can log into Call Logic here.
2. From the Call Logic Home page, in the top right corner, place your mouse over the username and a dropdown will appear. Select “Integration Setup”
3. On the Integration Setup Page, under Crelate, click “Enable” to turn on the integration
4. Next, go to the Contacts tab and select “Crelate Lists”
5. Add the API Key from Crelate here
6. Once the API Key is saved, you will see the Crelate Lists available for calling.
Creating Calling Campaigns:
To create a new calling campaign:
1. Log into Call Logic and under the Contacts tab, select “Crelate Lists”
2. On the Crelate page, there are 3 items to take note of: Crelate Lists, List Description and Activity Type
Crelate Lists – select the Crelate List that you would like to use for the calling campaign
List Description – Provide a name for the campaign that will be easy to link to the List (recommendation is to name the campaign the same as the list)
Activity Type — Select the Crelate Activity type that the user would like to use for the calling campaign and click Save. (Note: When Call Logic sends the disposition back to Crelate, it is added as an Activity. This is where the user will select the type of activity for this campaign.)
3. Once the 3 sections are completed, click Import, and the results will be shown.
4. Go to the Campaigns tab and click “Campaign Set Up” Select the list from and select the rest of the preferences and click “Call In”
