1. Select Calendar > Share Calendar
2. Select Generate Link
3. Copy the new link that generates
ADDING TO THE DESKTOP VERSION OF OUTLOOK
4. Open Outlook Calendar. Click Open Calendar > From Internet
5. Paste the link provided by Call Logic. Agree to the following permissions.
6. Your added calendar will sow under Other Calendars. You can rename the Calendar by right clicking.
ADDING TO THE ONLINE VERSION OF OUTLOOK
4. Open Outlook Calendar. Click Add Calendar > Subscribe from web
5. Paste the link provided by Call Logic. Name your Calendar, choose the calendar color, icon & click Import.
6. Your added calendar will sow under Other Calendars.
*Outlook Calendar will sync with Call Logic about every 8 hours. Any appointments added for the same day may not show up on Outlook Calendar until the next sync occurs. You can force a sync, by clicking the Send/Receive button in Outlook.
