Starting a Call Logic Calling Campaign
Adding the App
First, start by downloading the Call Logic app from the SalesForce AppExchange. Click here to access the SalesForce AppExchange. Then follow the steps below:
- Access the SalesForce AppExchange via the link above
- Once there, search the AppExchange for Call Logic
- Click on the Call Logic App from the Results & click Get It Now
Call Logic General Settings
Once logged into SalesForce, access the Call Logic For Salesforce App in the app menu and then click on the CallLogic Setting option.
From here you'll have the ability to:
- Link / Unlink a Call Logic Account
- Set your general settings such as Caller ID display, Wrap Time, & Time Zone
- Enable the Two-Platform Solution
- Create / Edit your Voicemails
- Create / Edit your Coaching / 3-Way / Transfer Contacts
Adding Leads to a SalesForce Campaign
There are two ways to add leads into a SalesForce Campaign
Adding a new list of leads directly into a campaign via CSV import:
- Create a new campaign by going to the Campaign tab and selecting the + New Campaign option.
- Once you have created and are in your Campaign, Click on the Campaign Members option
- Click the down arrow located at the top right and then select Import Leads and Contacts
- Select whether you wish to import Accounts & Contacts or Leads
- Select either Add new records to SalesForce, update existing SalesForce records, or add new records and update existing records at the same time
- Drag your CSV file to upload and then Click Next
- Begin the mapping process by clicking the word Map next to an unmapped field and choose the appropriate description
- Once you are satisfied with your mapping, click Next
- Review your import and then select Start Import
- Click OK on the popup to view the status of your import
Adding Leads that have already been loaded into SalesForce:
- Create a new campaign by going to the Campaign tab and selecting the + New Campaign option.
- Once you created and are in your Campaign, Click on Campaign Members
- From here, select Add Leads
- Select the Leads to add to your campaign
- When you have added all of the leads, click Next
Starting a Call Logic Calling Campaign
Begin a brand new Calling Campaign:
- Open the SalesForce Campaign you wish to begin calling
- Click on the Start Call Logic Campaign button
- If these are brand new leads, you will now upload them to Call Logic by selecting the Upload Leads button
- Once your leads have been uploaded or updated, select the Proceed To Campaign Setup button
- Select your preferred campaign settings
- Dial into Call Logic by clicking the blue Call in button
- Click the Start button to begin your Calling Campaign
- Continue & Complete your Calling Campaign. (Utilize the Call Logic features Pause, Leave VM, Recording, Coaching etc.)
- Click the Stop button when you are ready to complete your campaign
Restarting an existing Calling Campaign:
- Open the SalesForce Campaign you wish to continue calling
- Click on the Start Call Logic Campaign button
- Click Update Leads to refresh and find your available lead count
- Select your preferred campaign settings
- Dial into Call Logic by clicking the blue Call in button

Click the Start button to begin your Calling Campaign

Click the Stop button when you are ready to complete your campaign
Campaign Dialing Page
This integration allows users to schedule tasks, send emails, and schedule appointments all from within their Dialing Campaign. Call Logic will automatically notate the call and call result under the Activity History of each record!

- Click on Call Logic Reports and click on the Report options located on the left hand side to run the necessary Report
