Users can initiate a recording of a call in Call Logic. When using the recording feature in Call Logic, Allstate agents are required to notify the contact that the call is being recorded. Upon starting the recording a disclaimer will appear advising the user to announce the recording and a reminder with a suggested talk path will also appear prior to each call.Recordings are kept in the Call Logic system for 3 months.

Initiate a Recording during a Calling Campaign
During a calling campaign, if you are connected to a contact that you wish to record, click the record link here:
You will have the option to choose between recording a single call or every future call on the campaign (continuous). Click the "on" button to enable recording. Note that the selected on/off button will be grey. See below screenshot demonstrating continuous recording turned on:
Finding your recordings
1. To access previous recordings go to Reports and click on Recording History
2. Select the Date range for your recordings.
