Wrap Time Information
Wrap time is the time the user has in-between a connected contact and the next call. In this time the user is able to take notes and change dispositions. The wrap time can be adjusted by going to Campaign and clicking on General Settings.
Adjust Wrap Time
1. Go to General Settings:
2. Find wrap time and select a new option from the dropdown.
3. Make sure to click the Save button at the bottom.
