Parked Disposition Information
Parked dispositions are dispositions (call results) from a previous campaign that were not completed at the time of the call and still need to be assigned a proper disposition.
A contact becomes parked if they picked up and after the call, the wrap time finished and there was no disposition selected. OR if you chose the disposition Send Email, it will park the contact on your home page until you send the email and change the disposition.
To complete Parked Dispositions:
1. Go to the Home screen of Call Logic by click on the Call Logic logo.
2. Select a Disposition from the Disposition / Follow up Date Drown down and then click Complete.
