Parked Disposition Information
Parked dispositions are dispositions (call results) from a previous campaign that were not completed at the time of the call and still need to be assigned a proper disposition.
A contact becomes parked if they picked up and after the call, the wrap time finished and there was no disposition selected.
To complete Parked Dispositions:
1. Go to the Home screen of Call Logic by click on the Call Logic logo.
2. Select a Disposition from the Disposition / Follow up Date Drown down and then click Complete.
