Confirm that you are using the correct credentials to log in. If you have a Calling Assistant password and a Click to Call password, your Calling Assistant password is used for the initial login to the system. Once you are logged in you can choose which platform to access.
Be sure that you are not entering any trailing spaces at the end of your credentials.
If you are copying and pasting your credentials, try typing them out instead.
If you are trying to access Click to Call and your password is not working, please confirm the password is correct, and if it is please contact support with the password you are using.
Sometimes Internet Explorer can have performance issues that cause this message. We recommend switching to Google Chrome.
If you confirmed your credentials are correct and you are already using Google Chrome, try clearing your cache.
Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner
Scroll over History
Move to the left and click History at the top of the list
On the left side of the screen, click on Clear browsing data
Select the tab that says Advanced
Change the Time range drop-down to All Time
Select the options "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
Click on Clear data
Log out of Call Logic and Login again
