I'm getting an error when trying to dial that says "Caller ID Invalid"
If you are getting this error, please set up a number in your Caller ID settings.
Here's how to set it up:
- Scroll over Campaign
- Select General Settings
- Enter the desired Caller ID number in the top box labeled "Caller ID"
- Be sure to save at the bottom
Try dialing in again after you have set up a Caller ID number.
