Invalid PIN Message
Which web browser are you using to access Call Logic?
- Sometimes Internet Explorer can have performance issues that cause this message. We recommend switching to Google Chrome.
- If you are already using Google Chrome, try clearing your cache.
- Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner
- Scroll over History
- Move to the left and click History at the top of the list
- On the left side of the screen, click on Clear browsing data
- Select the tab that says Advanced
- Change the Time range drop-down to All Time
- Select the options "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Click on Clear data
- Log out of Call Logic and Login again
Call in and enter the PIN on the screen. If it says it's invalid try entering it one more time.
If you are still getting this error please contact support and request a provider change.
