Send an Email During a Calling Campaign
Information on Emails
The email area in Call Logic can be used for notifications about import results.
Any responses to emails sent to contacts through Call Logic will go directly to your email provider's inbox and not Call Logic.
Note: Emailing contacts is not available for Agency Dialer.
Create a New Email Template
- Go to Email > Email Templates.
- Click on New Template.
- You will need to fill in the Template Name, Template Subject, and the Body of the email (shown in red below.)
- Click Save Template when you are satisfied.
- The email is now available.
Note: Emails are not available for Agency Dialer.
Sending an email during a calling campaign.
To send an email during a calling campaign, you will see an email button on the contact. Click that and you can either select from a template or create a new email.
