Call Logic has a few very useful features that allow you to transfer calls to another line and add a colleague or another individual to a call. Below is a guide to help you set up a Transfer/Coaching or 3 Way Contact along with showing you how to make a Transfer or Coaching/3-Way Call in a Dialing Campaign.

Create a Contact for Transfer/Coaching/3-way Calls
We will first need to create a Transfer/Coaching or 3-Way Contact so that we will see them on the dialing screen.
1. Go to Campaign and click on Coaching/3-Way Contacts. You will also be creating your Transfer Contacts here as well.
2. Enter the name and the phone number of the contact and click Create.
Transferring Calls to an Extension
*NOTE: If you would like to transfer calls to an extension, make sure that you have your main office line created as a Transfer/3-way or Coaching Contact*
1. To transfer a call during a campaign, find the Coaching/3-way/Transfer link at the top of the calling campaign.
2. A new box will pop up to select who you want to transfer the call to. Select your main office line Contact and hit Transfer.
3. Yourself and the call you are connected with will hear your main office lines auto-prompt system. You will then type in the extension of the person you would like to transfer the call to. After you have dialed in the extension, click on Finish Transfer to complete the Transfer. Call Logic will then move on to the next call.
Transferring Calls to a Direct Line
*First make sure that you have the direct line created as a Transfer/3-way or Coaching Contact*
1. To transfer a call during a campaign, find the Coaching/3-way/Transfer link at the top of the calling campaign.
2. A new box will pop up to select who you want to transfer the call to. Select the person you would like to transfer to and hit Transfer.
3. You will then click on Finish Transfer to complete the Transfer. Call Logic will then move on to the next call.
Coaching / 3 Way Calling
*First make sure that you have the created your Coach as a Transfer/3-way or Coaching Contact*

Coaching / 3-Way Calls Information
Whisper Coaching/3-Way allows for the user to have a 3rd Party on the call with them when they are speaking to a contact. In Whisper Coaching mode, the coach will be able to speak on the call and only the user will be able to hear the coach. In 3-way mode, all 3 parties: user, contact, and coach will be able to hear and speak to one another.
1. To initiate a 3-Way Call or a Coaching session, click the Coaching/3-Way/Transfer link at the top of the calling campaign.
2. A new window will appear and you will select the contact you want to 3-Way or Coach with. To initiate a 3-Way Call, click the 3-Way button (in red below) To start a Coaching session click the Coach button (in green below) During a 3-Way call, everyone on the call can hear each other. During a Coaching session the contact on the line will not be able to hear the coach.
