Reporting
To access reports in Call Logic, go to Reports at the top and click on the desired reports. Explanations of each report are shown below.
Activity report
Summarizes the following information based on the date range selected:
- Time - Total Talk Time, Average Talk Time, Pause Time
- Total Time = How long you were on a campaign
- Total Talk Time = How long you were connected to a live person or a voice mailbox
- Number of calls - Made, Connected, and Scrubbed
Campaign Report
This report quickly shows the progress made on campaigns for a selected date range.
Call history
This report will show a list of your calls made. You can also use it to search for a specific phone number over your selected date range.
Recording History
If you have selected to record a call, you can find them here by a specific date range.
Coaching History
If you were coaching calls during a specific time frame you can find it here.
Usage Report
This report will show the following information:
- The total time available on your account
- Current Subscription/Plans
- Previous Subscription/Plans
