Creating and Editing Scripts in a Manager Dashboard
Call scripts can be viewed on the dialing accounts when a calling campaign is in progress. To add or edit call scripts follow these steps:
1. Go to Campaign Management and click on Campaign Scripts.
2. To create a new call script template, click New Template.
3.Create/Update Script will appear at the bottom of the page, you can use this to type your new call script. Make sure to include a name of the script (in Red below.) When you are done typing your script in the large text box, click "Save Script."(In orange below.)
4. To update an existing script. Click to blue script name.
5. At the bottom of the page, the existing script will appear so you can edit it. When you are done, click save.
