What lists does Allstate require Call Logic to scrub against?

Does Call Logic scrub against Allstate's current customer list?

No. Allstate has not given access to its current customer list. We recommend using an Allstate scrubber to scrub out current customers before importing your list into Call Logic.

How does Call Logic scrub my list?

The scrub type is dependent upon which Campaign Type you select on the Campaign Setup page.

• Prospect Campaign is the highest level of scrubbing available.
• If you are calling a list of existing customers, you will want to use either "Existing Customer Sales Campaign" or "Existing Customer Non-Sales Campaign"
• Inquiry Lead EBR Campaign can be used within the first 30 days of receiving a lead if the lead has agreed they can contact them.

Call Logic will scrub for cell phones and landlines and place them in the appropriate platform (Calling Assistant or Click to Call)
