My list from Cole X-Dates is not transferring
If you went through the proper steps to import from Cole X-Dates and the list is not showing in your account, there may have been an error with the import.
When transferring leads from Cole X-Dates, a pop-up appears with the results. Here is where it will notify you of how many leads were entered. It will also tell you why leads were not imported, including if they were duplicates or DNC numbers.
You may have to go back through this process if you missed the message the first time.
If the numbers are duplicates, it means they already exist in your account in another campaign.
