How many accounts do I need?

Do you have multiple people running calling campaigns?

• Each account can only be used by one person at a time. How many people you will have calling at the same time determines how many accounts you will need. 
• If you have two people that will be doing calling at different times of the day, they can share an account if you prefer.
  • Note that when using this option, you will not be able to determine who did what in the account.
