How can I skip a number in a campaign?
Calling Assistant: To skip a number, click the Pause button while it is dialing that contact, then click Start again. The system will skip the number that was being dialed when the Pause button was clicked.
Click to Call: You cannot skip a number on a Click to Call campaigns. You must initiate the call. You may immediately hang up to skip the number if preferred.
**Note that skipping a number in a campaign does not remove it from the campaign. This is not a recommended practice.
