Can I change a contact's disposition?
Yes, you can change a disposition that has been set.
Find the contact in the system and click on their name to open up their lead log.
Select the Dispositions tab.
Each time the contact is called in a campaign, the name of the campaign and the selected disposition are represented here.
To change the contact's disposition, you must update the most recently set Campaign Disposition, as well as the Contact Disposition at the bottom.
Once they have both been changed and are matching, click save.
**Note that once a contact has been marked with a DNC disposition, it cannot be manually changed using these steps.
