Calling Time Frames
There are legal calling time frames that auto-dialing can be based on your state or zip code. Most states require calling campaigns to be started after 9 am.

Recently Dialed Numbers
In order to remain compliant, the system will only allow you to call a phone number one time within a 2 hour time period. Once it is beyond 2 hours you are able to start your campaign again.

If you have the two platform solution enabled, and you are trying to call out to a Cell Campaign on a brand new list that was just imported, you must first either:
A) Call the list using Calling Assistant
B) Call the list using the "Campaign Setup" option on the Click to Call platform.
The system must be able to identify which numbers are cell phone numbers in order to put them into a Cell Campaign.
If you have ruled out all of the above options, try checking on your internet browser. Which one are you using? We recommend switching to a different internet browser to see if it yields the same results. If you are using Internet Explorer, try switching to Google Chrome.
If you want to continue using the browser you are already using, try clearing your cookies and cache back to "All Time" and try again.
