In order to use your pre-recorded voicemail in a campaign, you must be able to check one of the following options on Campaign Setup for Contact Type:
"My contacts are consumers that HAVE given me written permission to leave them a pre-recorded message."
"My Contacts are Businesses."
When can I not use a pre-recorded voicemail?
If your contacts have not given you written permission to leave them a pre-recorded message, you are not lawfully authorized to use your pre-recorded message on these contacts.
You also can not leave a pre-recorded message on Click to Call campaigns. All messages on Click to Call campaigns must be recorded manually and individually.
Allstate does not allow users to use pre-recorded messages for compliance reasons.
